All pieces on SellerMarketplace meet or exceed this standard and are independently verified before listing.

We currently work with over 120 verified makers across six continents. Each one has passed our onboarding review, which includes material verification, hallmarking compliance, and a review of their workshop practices.

Artisan Standards

• All makers must use certified 925 sterling silver as their primary material.
• Hallmarking must comply with the standards of the maker's home country, at minimum.
• Artisans must produce work themselves or directly supervise small-team production. We do not list resellers or dropshippers.
• Stone sourcing must be documented and conflict-free.
• Makers are encouraged to provide provenance details, displayed on each product listing.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a full 30-day return window on all unworn, unaltered pieces in their original condition and packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange pieces for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

• One exchange per order is permitted.
• Shipping on exchanges is free for orders over $75. A flat $8 fee applies to smaller orders.
• Custom or personalized pieces cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.

• Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization.

About Our Silver

• Is all your jewelry really 925 sterling silver? Yes. Every piece is hallmarked 925 and independently verified before listing. A certificate of authenticity is included with every order.
• Will sterling silver turn my skin green? Genuine 925 sterling silver does not turn skin green. Skin discoloration is caused by lower-quality alloys.
• Are the gemstones real? All natural stone listings explicitly state the stone type and origin. Cubic zirconia is always clearly labeled where used.
